Mah favritt blerg!
Look at all the fucks I've given. So many. They're all gone.
I use Glee more for reaction gifs than I do actual narrative.
Wait hold on
do the creators of Glee think that Rachel actually has a solo fanbase, or…
well.
If I watch Titanic just one more time, maybe, MAYBE Jack will live.

Harry Potter: Glee, Hunger Games, and SOPA
If SOPA and PIPA (sopaipilla…heh. wait, stay focused.) had passed 5 years ago, the world of Harry Potter as we know it would be changed.
1) Mugglenet could easily have been dismantled - the site regularly uses images and video clips from the films that are obviously legally obtained and used with citation. However, since no due process is needed to censor the site, Warner Bros (as an acting member of Time Warner) could have forced a shutdown.
-This means we would not have fanfiction, discussion boards, , etc.
2) Daniel Radcliffe would not have been able to endorse The Trevor Project. His PSA video is hosted on an online video server that is affected by the legislation’s contents.
3) A Very Potter Musical would never have reached success. Warner Bros already tried to legally battle the Starkid group - and lost on copyright law. Once again, however, I’m sure they would have wasted no time in censoring the clip.
-This means Darren Criss would not be famous today
-He would not have been able to participate in the online Glee casting call - those videos, too, were hosted on an online server
-This means he would not be Kurt’s love interest and poor Kurt would be forever alone. Creys would ensue and the world would likely crumble.
4) Mysterious Ticking Noise would never have been posted, and that would have been a tragedy of national proportion
And all this happened in just the FINAL DAYS of the Harry Potter fandom. The end of our era.
Now imagine if this passed just as the Hunger Games era begins.
That’s what I thought. Now go sign a damn petition somewhere.
